Requirements for the DASIP final submission:

All steps are mandatory to approve your paper in the final DASIP 2013 conference program
You can use this list as a check list, the list is in chronological order of actions

PAPER SUBMISSION
Paper Submission Deadline: ~~April 28~~ ~~May 12~~ May 26, 2013 (extended)
1.	Submission Requirements:	Authors should submit their full papers (6-8 pages, double-column IEEE format) in PDF through the web based submission system: https://www.easychair.org/account/signin.cgi?conf=dasip2013 The conference proceedings will be published in electronic form with an ISSN and ISBN number and made available on the ECSI website and submitted for inclusion into the IEEE Xplore Digital Library. Submitted papers should be anonymous, are required to describe original unpublished work and must not be under consideration for publication elsewhere. Please note that an ECSI account is not required for paper submission. The paper submission is handled through EasyChair. Questions, please contact office [at] ecsi [dot] org.
Demo Night Paper Submission Deadline: June 30, 2013
	Demo Night Submission Requirements:	Authors should submit their full papers (2 pages, double-column IEEE format) in PDF through the web based submission system. Accepted papers will be included in the DASIP 2013 Proceedings and submitted for inclusion into the IEEE Xplore Digital Library. https://www.easychair.org/account/signin.cgi?conf=dasip2013
FULL FINAL PAPER SUBMISSION
Full Final Paper Submission Deadline: September 13, 2013
2.	IEEE Xplore:	Final camera-ready manuscripts must be confirmed IEEE Xplore compatible by IEEE PDF eXpress Plus *(Conference ID: TBA).* Guidelines can be found at: http://www.ecsi.org/dasip/paper-submission-kit
3.	Approval:	Forward your IEEE PDF eXpress Plus approval confirmation email to office [at] ecsi [dot] org.
4.	Resubmit:	Re-upload your IEEE Xplore compatible paper to EasyChair: https://www.easychair.org/account/signin.cgi?conf=dasip2013 Paper title, list of ALL authors in correct order together with their affiliations, and the abstract text must be entered in the online form exactly as they appear on the paper itself. Make sure to provide appropriate paper topic category and valid contact information for the primary author.

5.	ECSI Copyright:	Download the form (PDF or Word), sign it and send it back to office [at] ecsi [dot] org or fax it to: +33 9 58 08 24 13. Only 1 author signature is required.

	Author Regulations:	Accepted paper presentation and conference participation must satisfy the following requirements without exceptions: the work is to be presented at the conference by one of the authors or by a qualified surrogate, the presenter has registered for the full 3-day conference (discount rates may apply if applicable), and a single registration covers no more than one paper.

7.	Presenters:	Please, submit your PDF or PowerPoint presentation to office [at] ecsi [dot] org. Presentation slides and papers will be made available in PDF format on the ECSI website to ECSI Members and Conference attendees after the conference. A USB stick will the full proceedings and presentations slides will also be distributed to the attendees at the DASIP conference.

8.	Biography:	Please, submit a short bio in text format to office [at] ecsi [dot] org. The biography is used to introduce the presenter at the conference. It is important that we receive this by the deadline to guarantee that your session runs smoothly.
POSTER PRESENTATIONS (POSTER SESSIONS & DEMO NIGHT)
Poster Submission Deadline: September 30, 2013
9.	Poster Requirements:	Before the conference, submit the following to office [at] ecsi [dot] org PDF version of your poster. Please try to keep the file size small. Please add your picture and contact information to the poster 1 slide power-point presentation. You will be given 2-3 minutes to introduce yourself and your poster. (Slides requirement does not apply to Demo Night) At the conference Poster authors must bring a pre-printed poster to the conference. We will not print the poster for you. Poster Size A0: 1189mm x 841mm (46.8" x 33.1"), vertical (portrait)/ no horizontal (landscape). 1 sheet of paper, not a collection of A4 papers. Please add your picture and contact information to the poster Demo Night: A small table (e.g. for fpga board and laptop) will be available for each presentation. Please contact us by September 17, if you require special equipment. We will do our best to assist you, but special requests are not guaranteed.

Failure to adhere to these requirements and deadlines will result in the removal of your paper from the conference program and proceedings. If you have any questions, please contact us at office [at] ecsi [dot] org.
