  • All steps are mandatory to approve your paper in the final ESLsyn 2012 conference program
  • You can use this list as a check list, the list is in chronological order of actions

1. Paper Submission

  • Paper submission deadline: March 31
    Abstract submission deadline: April 13 (extended)
    Papers submission deadline: April 16 (extended)

  • Authors should submit their full papers (up to 6 pages, double-column IEEE format) in PDF through the web based submission system: https://www.easychair.org/account/signin.cgi?conf=eslsyn2012. Submitted papers are required to describe original unpublished work and must not be under consideration for publication elsewhere.

3. Copyright Forms

  • Deadline: May 14, 2012.

  • ECSI Copyright Form: please download the form (PDF or Word), sign it and send it back to office [at] ecsi [dot] org or fax it to: +33 9 58 08 24 13.

 

4. Registration

  • Deadline: May 14, 2012.

  • Accepted paper presentation and conference participation must satisfy the following requirements without exceptions:
    • the work is to be presented at the conference by one of the authors or by a qualified surrogate,
    • the presenter has registered for the full 2-day conference, and
    • a single registration covers no more than one paper.

 

5. Presentations Submission + Presenter Biography
