Submissions

Requirements for the S4D final submission:

• All steps are mandatory to approve your paper in the final S4D2012 conference program
• You can use this list as a check list, the list is in chronological order of actions

1. Paper Submission

• Deadline: April 23, 2012 May 7, 2012 (extended).

• Submission page:     https://www.easychair.org/account/signin.cgi?conf=s4d2012

• Authors should submit their extended abstracts of minimum 2 pages, double-column IEEE, in PDF through the web-based submission system. The abstract should describe main contributions, concepts, innovation and conclusions. The abstract may not contain confidential information. The submitted paper must not mention names and affiliations of the authors. Submitted papers are required to describe original unpublished work and must not be under consideration for publication elsewhere. After the acceptance, authors may extend their contribution to 6 pages. Proceedings of S4D 2012 will be published on the ECSI website and IEEE Xplore. The selected best papers from several S4D Conference editions will be published in the book edited by SPRINGER.

2. Final Full Papers Submission

• Deadline: July 15, 2012.

• IEEE PDF eXpress Plus: Final camera-ready manuscripts must be confirmed IEEE Xplore compatible by IEEE PDF eXpress Plus. Please then forward your approval confirmation to office [at] ecsi [dot] org.

3. Copyright Form

• Deadline: July 30, 2012.

• ECSI Copyright Form: please download the form (PDF or Word), sign it and send it back to office [at] ecsi [dot] org or fax it to +33 958 08 2413.

5. Presentations Submission + Presenter Biography

• Deadline: September 11, 2012.

• Full paper authors:

  • Please, submit your PDF or PowerPoint presentation and a short biography (in text format) to office [at] ecsi [dot] org
